Sign-In Options
Three ways into the same account: email and password, a one-time code sent to a phone, or Sign in with Google. A parent whose phone number is already on their child's record can get an account created on the spot by verifying that number.

Parents are the hardest group to onboard. Letting them in with a phone code or a Google account removes the password reset calls that otherwise land on the office.
All three methods work in the mobile app as well as the web dashboard.
