About StriveBit
We build it. Then we run it.
StriveBit ERP is made by StriveBit Technologies, a small software company. It is our own product, not a client project — we host it, support it, and set it up at every school ourselves.
How it started
One school, and its office.
Indian schools run on registers, WhatsApp groups and a pile of Excel files that only one person in the office understands. We saw that from the inside — building a school website — before we wrote a line of the ERP.

StriveBit Technologies is founded as a small software company.
2022
We build the website for Gurukul Vishwabharti, a CBSE school in Rohtak — admissions, notices and the disclosures CBSE requires.
Then
Building it meant sitting in the school office: the fee registers, the attendance sheets, the parent phone calls. The ERP starts there.
Dec 2025
StriveBit ERP goes live at Gurukul Vishwabharti. We have run it every day since.
2026
We open it to more schools, starting with 10 founding schools.
How we work
Small on purpose.
You talk to the people who build it
No account managers and no relay through a coordinator. The people who write the software are on your call and at your school.
We stay after go-live
We host it, we support it, and we answer the phone when fee collection breaks on a Monday morning. It is software we run, not a project we hand over.
A few schools at a time
We set up every school by hand, so we only take on as many as we can look after properly.
We say when it is a bad idea
If something you ask for won't help your school, or costs more than it is worth, we tell you before we start — not after.

No layer in between.
A small team. Whoever you meet at the demo is someone who builds or runs the product.

Builds the dashboard and the parent and teacher apps, end to end.
Infrastructure
Keeps the servers up and the data backed up — and finds out why when something is slow.
AI
Builds the parts that draft your notices and flag what slipped overnight.

Sets up your school, checks your data, and tests every release before it reaches you.
