What costs extra
Two things, both paid to someone else at their published rate. We do not resell or mark up either.
- SMS and WhatsApp. Connect your own MSG91, Twilio or SNS account. You pay the provider directly at their rate — no message packs from us.
- Online fee collection. Runs through your own Cashfree, Razorpay, PhonePe or Paytm account, so money lands in the school's bank the same day. Their gateway charge applies. We take nothing from fees collected.
There is nothing else. No setup fee, no per-module unlock, no charge per staff login.

- Every price on this page is exclusive of GST. 18% is added on the invoice.
- Billing cycle
- Annual, in advance, aligned to the April–March academic year. Start mid-year and the first invoice is pro-rated to 31 March. We do not bill monthly — annual billing is part of how the price stays where it is.
- If your strength grows
- Crossing into the next band never changes your price mid-year. The new rate applies from your next renewal, so an admissions surge is never a surprise invoice.
- Founding schools
- The first 5 schools to sign get 30% off the first year, in exchange for a written case study and a reference call with a prospective school.
- Paying ahead
- 10% off two years prepaid, 15% off three.

Why are you more than the cheapest quote we've had?
Because the cheapest quotes buy a login and a help page — nobody sits with your office staff. Ours buys someone who loads your student records, your fee structure and last year's marks before you go live, trains your staff, and answers the phone in April when fee collection is at its peak. If what you want is the cheapest login available, we are honestly not the right vendor.
Do you hold our fee money at any point?
No. You connect your school's own payment gateway account, and parents' payments settle directly into the school's bank on the gateway's normal cycle. The money never passes through a StriveBit account, and we take no percentage of it.
Can we pay monthly instead?
Not at these prices. Annual billing is what keeps a 600-student school at ₹6.25 per student per month. Schools collect fees annually or termly and budget the same way, so a single April invoice usually fits the office better than twelve reminders.
What if we are between bands — say 620 students?
You pay the band your strength falls in on the day you sign. If you are within about 5% of a boundary, say so on the call — we will hold you at the lower band for the first year rather than argue over a dozen children.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to read-only and everything you entered stays exactly as it is, so if you decide two weeks later, you carry on rather than start again.
Is the price locked for future years?
Your rate is held for the term you have paid. On renewal, any increase is capped at 10% and we tell you at least 60 days before the invoice, so it never lands in the middle of your own fee planning.
