AI for the school office

AI that writes the notice. Not a chatbot.

Describe a notice in one line and get it back written, in English and Hindi. Every morning, see which students slipped overnight.

Sound familiar?

What it replaces.

  • The same notices written from scratch every week.
  • Hindi versions typed separately — and not updated when the English changes.
  • Problems noticed only when a parent complains.

How it works

Four steps, day to day.

  1. Describe the notice in one line and get a title and body back.

  2. Shorten it, warm it up or make it more formal — your dates and facts stay as written.

  3. Add a Hindi version. If the English changes later, the Hindi is flagged as out of date.

  4. Every morning, the insights list ranks students whose attendance or marks dropped.

AI drafting is switched on per school, only if you choose — the text your staff type is processed by an outside AI provider. Nothing is ever sent without a person pressing send.

What's included

In every plan.

  • AI Notice Drafting

Describe a circular in one sentence and get a complete draft back — title and body. Then shorten it, warm the tone up, make it more formal, or say what to change in plain words. Your dates and facts are kept as written.

  • Hindi Notice Translation

Every circular can carry a Hindi version alongside the English one. The system remembers which English text a translation was made from, so if the English is edited later the Hindi is flagged as out of date rather than quietly disagreeing with it — and one click brings it back in line.

  • Dashboard & Analytics

The landing screen answers the questions a head asks first: money collected and outstanding, attendance and fee trends over the last 30 days, how each class performed in the last exam, and a list of students whose attendance or results have slipped far enough to be worth a call.

Not available yet

  • AI help for homework and alerts. The same drafting help on homework assignments and parent alerts. A teacher who can post homework can draft it; a teacher who cannot post circulars cannot draft those — the AI never widens what someone is allowed to write.

Questions

Asked on every demo.

What does the AI actually do?

It drafts notices from a one-line description, rewrites them shorter, warmer or more formal, and produces a Hindi version. Every draft waits for a person to review and send it, and it cannot see student records. It is switched on only if your school chooses, because the text your staff type is processed by an outside AI provider.

Does it work in Hindi?

Notices and circulars can go out in Hindi as well as English, and the system flags a Hindi version that no longer matches its English. The screens themselves are in English; a Hindi interface is not available yet.
