Operations & Facilities
Hostel
Register each hostel with its warden, contact number, address and capacity, then allocate students to a room and bed. Occupancy is counted against capacity as you go.
Why schools use it
Room allocation and 'how many beds are left' stop being a wall chart that only the warden can read.

Payroll & Staff Records
Keep an employment record for every staff member — employee code, department, designation, joining date, employment type and bank details — set their salary structure of basic, HRA, allowances and deductions, and generate a monthly payslip from it with gross and net worked out for you.
Library
Catalogue the school's books with author, ISBN, category, shelf location and how many copies exist, then issue a copy to a student with a due date and record the return. Available-copy counts adjust themselves, and an overdue return picks up a fine automatically.
Transport
Set up each bus route with its stops in order — including pickup times and map coordinates — record the vehicles running it with driver name, phone and capacity, and assign each student to a route and stop.
Inventory & Stores
Track what the school keeps in stock — item, category, quantity, unit, unit price, storage location and supplier — adjust quantities as things are used or received, and set a minimum level so anything running low is flagged.
