Access Requests
When someone signs in with Google but has no account yet, they ask for access instead of being turned away — a parent naming their child's admission number, a teacher naming their designation. Staff approve or reject each request, and approval creates the account already linked to the right child.
Why schools use it
Onboarding becomes self-service without becoming a security hole: families ask to be let in, the school decides, and nobody has to key in hundreds of accounts by hand.
